Ecopack Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan on August 25, 1991 as a private limited company and converted to a public limited company on April 29, 1992 under the then applicable Companies Ordinance, 1984 (repealed upon enactment of the Companies Act, 2017) and commenced its commercial production in 1993. The Company is principally engaged in manufacturing and sale of Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) bottles and preforms for beverages and other liquid packaging industry.
