Customer Agreement

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Brackly Capital ("Dealer"), a registered equities dealer operating under the laws of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the undersigned customer ("Customer") for the purpose of outlining the terms and conditions governing the use of Brackly Capital's equities trading services. By opening an account and using our services, the Customer agrees to abide by the terms stated below.

1. Account Opening and Usage:
1. The Customer shall provide accurate and complete information during the account opening process. The Customer acknowledges that false or misleading information may lead to account suspension or termination.
2. The Customer shall maintain the confidentiality of account credentials and is solely responsible for any activity occurring under their account.
2. Trading and Investments:
1. The Customer acknowledges that equities trading carries inherent risks. The Customer shall conduct proper research and due diligence before making any investment decisions.
2. The Customer understands that past performance is not indicative of future results and that there is a possibility of losing the entire investment.
3. The Customer shall not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative activities related to trading or investing through Brackly Capital.
3. Compliance with Laws:
1. The Customer agrees to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to equities trading and investments in The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
2. The Customer acknowledges that Brackly Capital may be required to disclose information to regulatory authorities as per applicable laws and regulations.
4. Fees and Charges:

The Customer agrees to pay all applicable fees, charges, and commissions associated with trading and account maintenance as outlined by Brackly Capital.

5. Customer Representations and Warranties:
1. The Customer represents and warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. The Customer represents and warrants that they are not subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or legal prohibitions that would prevent them from using Brackly Capital's services.
6. Risk Disclosure:

The Customer acknowledges that equities trading involves financial risk, and the Customer is solely responsible for managing their risk exposure.

7. Termination:

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with notice. Termination shall not affect any obligations or rights accrued prior to termination.

8. Indemnification:

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Brackly Capital harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of the Customer's use of the services or breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in The Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

10. Amendments:

Brackly Capital reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to the Customer through the platform or other means.
