ITANZ Technologies Limited (formerly, Zahur Cotton Mills Limited) ['the Company'] was incorporated under the repealed Companies Act, 1913 Ordinance, 1984 on 21 April 1990. The Company is a Public Company Limited by Shares. The principal activity of the Company is manufacturing and sale of greige fabric. Consequently the principal line of business has been amended to include rendering/providing consultancy services in the field of Information Technology (IT) and IT enabled services including software development, installation and implementation and other IT related supplies and services.
