Loads Limited (the Company) is a public listed company, which was incorporated in Pakistan on 1 January 1979, as a private limited company under Companies Act, 1913 (repealed with the enactment of the Companies Act, 2017 on 30 May 2017). On 19 December 1993, the status of the Company was converted from private limited company to public unlisted company. On 1 November 2016, the shares of the Company were listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). The principal activity of the Company is to manufacture and sale of radiators, exhaust systems and other components for automotive industry.
