About the Company
Treet Battery Limited (the Company) was incorporated on February 22, 2019 as a public company limited by shares under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017. The principal activities of the Company is to carry out business as manufacturers, assemblers, processors, producers, suppliers, sellers, importers, exporters, makers, fabricators and dealers in all batteries including but not limited to lead acid batteries, deep cycle batteries, lithium batteries, nickel cadmimum batteries, nickel metal hydrid batteries, absorbed glass mat (AGM) batteries, gel batteries used in or required for industrial, transport, commercial and domestic and any other purpose. The Company is a subsidiary of Treet Corporation Limited, a listed company.
