TPL Life Insurance Limited (the Company) was incorporated on September 28, 1989 under the Repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now the Companies Act, 2017) as public limited company and is registered as a life insurance company by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Insurance Ordinance, 2000. The Company obtained license to carry on life and related lines of insurance business on March 2, 2009. The Company is a subsidiary of TPL Corp Limited - Holding Company. The Company is engaged in life insurance business including ordinary life business and accidental and health business.
